Elephant Print Cotton Shirt

shirt good but exchange policy bad.

I wanted short sleeve but got a full sleeve somehow. some error in the order i placed. Now i want to exchange it but it says "An amount of 300 rs ( per product ) will be charged to process your exchange request, once it is done you are requested to share the screenshot of the payment in the same mail with us."
That is bad since most company exchange policy including amazon don't charge anything for exchange.
